I have been in building product sales since 1999 and got into the roofing industry in 2007.   After 10 years I started an independent sales firm at the beginning of 2017, and we now represent several companies that manufacture roofing and waterproofing products.  I think the best reps are those that answer and return calls and emails quickly.  If you are calling us there is a reason and you need answers right away.  My focus has always been to build customer relationships based on trust, service and mutual benefit.  My commitment is that we will always do our best for the companies we represent, our contractors and distributor partners.  I handle the business side of our firm as well as being involved with each of our product lines.  I enjoy living in Arizona, traveling with my wife and our twin boys, hanging out with friends, golf and relaxing on a beach somewhere when possible.  I can be reached at 480-516-6701 or email using the link below.

Ben graduated from ASU and joined Building Envelope Solutions in 2019.  He brings 20+ years of experience in customer service and sales.  While he grew up around the roofing industry, with his dad being an independent sales rep,  he didn't jump into the industry until 2017.  He currently specializes in all commercial roofing products and works to best fit a product within a customers budget and warranty needs.  He prides himself on his drive, willingness to learn and excellent customer service.  His main focus is our roofing products and customers.  When not at work you will find Ben spending time with his two little ones, out at the shooting range or on a golf course.  Ben can be reached at 480-540-7827 or email him using the link below. 

Rob has over 30 years of experience in waterproofing and Division 7 products.  He started as an apprentice applying joint sealant’s in California where he grew up.  He then had his own waterproofing business for 16 years.  He has serviced clients throughout California and Arizona.  For the last several years he has worked in distribution as a waterproofing technical and sales representative.  Rob enjoys working with customers, educating and sharing knowledge.  He truly appreciates the ever changing product offerings as well as learning new things in the field and from his peers.  Rob excels in problem solving and communication and believes in matching the right products to the project.  When he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his four children, his grandchildren and watching a good football game.  Contact Rob for all your waterproofing and AVB needs at 623-399-5298 or email using the link below.

Glade grew up in Utah and graduated from Weber State University.   He has over 30 years in the construction and building products industry.  Glade had his own construction company from 1992-2004.  In 2005 he moved Las Vegas and began his career in distribution until he joined our team in 2024.  He has two adult sons he enjoys spending time with and likes music, skiing, fishing, boating, playing golf and attending concerts.  Glade has worked with contractors and manufacturers across Nevada, California and Southern Utah building strong relationships by providing excellent service and product knowledge.  He works hard to understand each project's unique requirements and recommend ideal solutions to meet goals for quality, durability and budget.  What sets him apart is his ability to put himself in his customers shoes to truly understand their needs and solve their problems. At Building Envelope Solutions, she builds relationships with architects and provides specialized guidance on product specifications for the company’s diverse product lines. Known for her commitment to quality service, Jamie expertly balances her career with family life as a wife—whose husband also works in the industry—and as a proud mother of two.
